Connect & Lock Epoxy Grout doesn’t allow water to go through and can be used for filling the tile & stone joints up to 15mm on the floor & on the wall.

Wallnut Connect & Lock CRYSTAL Grout is consist of high-quality transparent glass crystal, eco-friendly resin & hardener. The grout provides an excellent high-quality transparent joint between multicolour mosaic, tiles & stone. The joints provide a monolithic colour surface of mosaic tiles & stone. Crystal grout is also resistant to chemicals, stains & abrasion and does not allow water to go through. As a grout, it can be used to fill the tile & stone joint up to 10 mm. on the floor & wall. As adhesive, it can be used up to 3 mm. thickness Suitable for internal only.

Suitable Grouting material

Surface Preparation

• First, check that tiles or stones are fixed properly and are not sounding hollow. In case sounding hollow, the first repair or replace the area.
• Ensure that joints are clean and free from all foreign material such as oil, grease, dust, etc. In case the dust or cement particles are stuck inside the joint, use a vacuum cleaner or blower to remove the same. The Grout remover tool also can be used in case old grout to be removed.
• In case working in an external area under the sun, avoid applying grout on a hot surface and in joint. First, let cool the surface of tiles or stone and don’t work under direct sun. A hot surface may compromise the final performance of grout.
• In case the surface of tiles or stone are absorbent, then before starting the application, first apply the grout in a small test patch area. In case of discolouration of the surface, consult Wallnut technical representative, and stop the application.

C&L Jewels glitter is a high-quality premium metal glitter powder. The glitter provides an excellent high-quality transparent joint with a glittering effect between multicolour mosaic, tiles & stone when used with Crystal grout.

Jewels to be used along with Connect & Lock Crystal & Epoxy grout. It provides glittering effects in joints of all types of tiles, stone & mosaic.

Wallnut Connect & Lock Jewels is a high-quality premium glittering powder. Once it is mixed with Connect & Lock Crystal or Epoxy grouts, it provides excellent high-quality shiny-metallic joints between mosaic, tiles & stone with glittering effects in silver, gold, and copper shade. Jewels can be used with all 23 colours of C&L Epoxy grouts or along with C&L Crystal grout to create a wide choice of colour spectrum. The joints provide the aesthetic colour surface of the floor and wall. Jewels keep the final quality of grouts the same with high performance and long life.

How to use Glitter

A.) Using along with Connect & Lock Epoxy Grout: (All 23 colours)

• Mix parts A & B (hardener & resin) of Epoxy Grout in the correct ratio, add part C colour powder of Epoxy Grout as per the requirement to obtained workable paste consistency.
• Once all parts of epoxy grout are mixed thoroughly, add the Jewels powder between 1 to 3% by weight of epoxy grout. The percentage of Jewels is depending on final glittering effects require in the joints.
• Apply the mixed paste into the joints of tiles, stone or mosaic and follow the grouting process as prescribed for C&L Epoxy Grout. Clean the grout surface with water & a sponge to have smooth and shiny joints.
• The final consistency of mixed grout can be adjusted with Part C (colour powder) adjustment of Epoxy groutB.) Using along with Connect & Lock Crystal Grout: (Translucent colour)
• Once Part A & B (hardener & paste) are mixed in the correct ratio, add Jewels powder up to 1% by weight of Crystal Epoxy grout.
• Once Crystal grout and Jewels are mixed thoroughly, apply the mixed paste into the joints of tiles, stone or mosaic and follow the grouting process as prescribed for C&L Crystal Grout.
• Clean the grout surface with water & sponge to have smooth and shiny joints.
