Surface Preparation
• Ensure that plaster / screed surface is sound, clean and free from all foreign material such as oil, grease, dust etc.
• If surface is uneven of more than 15 mm. than first do the levelling by using correct levelling material in order to avoid using excess thickness of adhesive or apply first thin coat of same adhesive to level the surface and wait for 24 hours.
• Onto dry clean surface, splash the enough water and let it surface dry to improve the workability of adhesive.
• In case working in external environment, avoid direct sun exposure to surface and to finishing material. Let cool the surface before starting application. Hot surface may compromise final performance.
• If surface area is larger, provide movement joint every 3 meters.
• Follow concrete expansion joint and connection joint as per standard.


Mixing:
• Mix Calcibond Secure 20 kg. grey product bag with approx. 5.6 lt. and white with 5.8 lt. of clean water. Use slow speed electric stirrer to have desire results. Manual mixing can compromise performance of adhesive.
• Adjust the water quantity as per ambient temperature and dryness of surface. The final mix must be workable paste.

AAC Lite block adhesive is an Eco friendly, lightweight, polymer-modified, mineral-based ready-to-use adhesive for fixing all kinds of AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) blocks, concrete blocks, fly ash bricks, and other absorbent blocks and bricks.

Wallnut Lite Block adhesive is designed for doing work with speed and ease. Lite Block adhesive must be mixed with water in order to obtain a smooth working paste to apply on the surface of the block or bricks in the thickness of a minimum of 2 mm. & maximum 6mm.

  Surface Preparation:
  • Ensure that the base surface such as screed/plaster on which product to be applied are sound, clean and free from all foreign material such as oil, grease, dust, etc. 
  • Ensure that AAC block or brick is clean and free from dust.
  • Before applying the AAC block adhesive onto the block surface, splash the water and let it surface dry to improve the workability of the adhesive.
  • Follow the concrete expansion joint and connection joint as per standard.
  Mixing:
  • Mix Wallnut Lite Block 40 kg. bag of powder with approx. 10 lt. of clean water. Use an electric low-speed stirrer to have desirable results. Manual mixing can compromise the performance of AAC block adhesive. 
  • Adjust the water quantity as per ambient temperature. The final mix must be a workable paste.
  How to apply:
  • Moist the surface of the block with water before applying the adhesive. Once surface is moist, spread the adhesive onto the surface of the block with help of notched trowel in the thickness of 2-3 mm. or as needed.
  • Once AAC block adhesive is applied, fix the blocks onto adhesive before skin formation and press firmly. In case adhesive dries too fast due to surface absorption of the block and windy surround, then apply at a time in small areas of the block surface.
  • Leave appropriate space between the concrete walls and blocks to accommodate surface movement. Fill the joint with the correct sealant or flexible material.
  • Once AAC block adhesive is fully cured, apply the plaster or any other covering.

• Once stone or tile adhesive is applied, fix the tiles or stone onto adhesive before skin formation and press firmly. In case tiles or stones are of big size, also apply the adhesive layer at the back of the tiles.
• Leave the space between tiles or stone to have proper grouting and to accommodate surface movement.
• Leave the tiles or stone for 24 hours to bond well and then follow the grouting process.

Wallnut Lite Floor tile and stone Adhesive are specially designed for doing work with great speed and ease without changing the traditional Indian method of fixing the tiles and stone on the floor. Lite Floor adhesive must be mixed with water in order to obtain a smooth working slurry to apply on fresh floor mortar made with Zeorich Base or Cement. Sand in the thickness of a minimum of 2 mm. to 6 mm.

• Ensure that the floor mortar is fresh and not already dried. Mortar must be well compacted, levelled, semi-dry. Very fluid base mortar may lead to excessive shrinkage in base screed and cause a crack and hollow sound in tiling. 
• If the surface area is larger, provide a movement joint every 3 meters. 
• Follow the concrete expansion joint and connection joint as per standard.

Mixing 
Mix Wallnut Lite Floor 20 kg bag of Grey or white powder with approx. 8 to 8.5 litre of clean water. Use an electric low-speed stirrer to have the best results. Manual mixing can compromise the performance of adhesive. • Adjust the water quantity as per ambient temperature and dryness of screed. The final mix must be workable slurry that can be applied easily and spreadable

How to apply

• Spread the slurry onto fresh mortar as per the size of tiles from 2 to 5 mm. thick using the plain side of a trowel. 
• Once the slurry is applied over mortar, fix the tiles or stone immediately and press firmly. 
• Leave the space between tiles or stone to have proper grouting and to release moisture from fresh bedding mortar. 
• Leave the tiles or stone for 24 hours to bond well.
• Do the grouting after seven days when the base mortar is enough dry.
